What's The Definition of Müller-Thurgau?

Müller-Thurgau: This white grape can be grown in a wide variety of soil types and climates, and is Germany’s most widely planted grape. Wine produced from this grape can be consumed young, and matures early. The grape is a cross between Riesling and Sylvaner varieties and often produces wines with floral aromas and fruit but without the brightness of Riesling.
