What's The Definition of Oxidized?

Oxidized: Refers to wine exposed to oxygen. While all wines are exposed to certain amounts of oxygen throughout the production and aging process, generally an "oxidized" wine means that it has been exposed to oxygen in such a way that it negatively changes the quality of the wine.
