Trockenbeerenauslese: (German) A category used to rate sweetness and quality in German wines. Trockenbeerenauslese is produced from grapes that are ripened, shriveled on the vine and practically dried ("trocken"). This wine is very sweet, complex ranking above Auslese and below Trockenbeerenauslese.
